Abstract

The combination of voting bond financing transparency issues and misappropriation issues along with insufficient financial responsibility oversight has exposed the requirement for advanced transparent funding solutions. ElectraChain offers blockchain technology that develops a new political funding structure which maintains donation safety alongside full transparency and donor identity protection. ElectraChain uses Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) in order to establish a tamper-proof decentralized system for transaction recording which surpasses corrupted conventional systems that allow selective disclosure. This paper explains the fundamental framework alongside technological infrastructure that ElectraChain adopts along with its consequences on policy making through an analysis of its election bond monitoring capacity.
