espanolLos Smart contract son aquellos contratos que se ejecutan de manera automatica cuando se da alguna circunstancia que se hubiera estipulado. No hay accion humana, si uno de los contratantes o el empleado no cumple con lo estipulado en el contrato, sera el mismo contrato quien, automaticamente y sin accion humana, se ejecute, pudiendo llegar a resolver un contrato con la consecuente perdida del bien o que se produzca un despido automatico.
