Abstract

As a new currency form, DCEP has the characteristics of centralization and decentralization, the organic combination of controllability and anonymity, and stable currency value. At the same time, it has great influence on the international community in technology, economy, finance and international trade. A cross-border payment and settlement system based on DCEP should be established as soon as possible, improve the network externality of RMB, and accelerate the improvement of the regulatory technology ability and level of legal digital RMB application.
