Abstract

This Project presents a safe and decentralized framework for handling electronic medical records (EMRs) using blockchain technology. The suggested framework guarantees data integrity, confidentiality, and availability through the use of blockchain's distributed ledger system. It allows healthcare providers, patients, and approved staff to safely access and update medical records in real-time while ensuring rigorous privacy controls. This solution overcomes the problems with current EMR systems, including data fragmentation, security risks, and interoperability problems.
