Adoption of Blockchain Technology in Productivity And Automation Process of Microfinance Services

Abstract

This study is aimed at examining the aspects that influence productivity in microfinance institutions (MFIs) in India by employing the causal loop diagram as a qualitative research technique. To do this we have takeninterviews of stakeholders of 26 Microfinance Service providers. Based on theoretical grounds,two broad factors related productivity which are financial sustainability and social outreach were taken into the study and questions were asked based on these factors and the impact of fintech on various determinants of productivity.
