Abstract
This research presents a novel approach to access control, mitigating risks associated with centralized storage and quantum threats. The proposed CP-ABE-LWE-based smart contract ensures decentralization, scalability, and robust security for e-health records by leveraging post-quantum cryptography and blockchain technology. This work validates its effectiveness through extensive testing, bridging theory with practical application to enhance digital security significantly. This innovative solution offers decentralized, efficient, practical, quantum-safe, scalable access control while preserving privacy. These properties significantly contribute to the evolving landscape of digital security literature.
