Verification and Validation Techniques of Crypto-Currency Smart Contracts within Flutter App
Abstract
Flutter Apps provides an open-channel platform for developers to create both simple and sophisticated applications that can execute commands, such as smart contracts, over blockchain networks. The effectiveness and overall safety of smart contracts in blockchain networks such as cryptocurrency require verification and validation using techniques that are in tandem with IEEE standards and principles. Verification techniques such as theorem proving, model checking and run-time verification have been proposed as solutions used to achieve maximum safety and reliability of smart contracts in blockchain networks. These techniques are deployed over applications such as Etherscan, NuSMV, SPIN, MIAN, SmartCheck, Slither, and many others. Other available verification techniques include use of vulnerability detection methods to eliminate bugs and enhance the overall security of the smart contracts. This paper, provides a comprehensive overview of how the techniques mentioned here help to verify and validate cryptocurrency-related smart contracts over Flutter Apps.
