Solana and Polygon, employing advanced consensus mechanisms like Proof of His-tory (PoH) and Delayed Proof of Stake (DPoS), offer superior transaction processing capabilities, reducing network congestion and energy consumption while ensuring data security. The study underscores how these platforms enhance real-time data processing and decision-making in healthcare, providing a more secure and efficient infrastructure for patient care. By comparing traditional blockchain solutions with newer technologies, the research presents a compelling case for adopting Solana and Polygon in IoMT systems.
