Probe into University Autonomous System Guarantee in US & Its Revelation

Abstract

University autonomous system guarantee in US is a highly decentralized management system of higher education. The principal part in such a system guarantee is made up of the micro management of higher education by government, the internal decision- making ofLegal Person- Board of Directorsin university and the supervision of social intermediary organizations. The management system of higher education in China can be reformed by learning from US experience, reasonable decentralizing, seeking balance of power, improving the president responsibility system under the leadership of the Party Committee, abolishing the executive levels and perfecting the accreditation body of China's higher education.
