Abstract

Spanish abstract: En la presente investigacion, se aborda la Organizaciones Autonomas Descentralizadas, desde un aspecto de representacion, funcion ejecutiva y actos de administracion en los gobiernos contemporaneos. Se realiza un estudio sobre la tecnologia Blockchain en armonia con las circunstancias de participacion social actual, concluyendo en un contrato social tecnologico como espina dorsal de la era de la informacion y comunicacion. English abstract: In this research, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations are approached, from an aspect of representation, executive function and acts of administration in contemporary governments. A study is carried out on Blockchain technology in harmony with the current social participation circumstances, concluding in a technological social contract as the backbone of the information and communication age.
