Abstract

Identifying the precise AI algorithms and blockchain protocols that will be used to build the proposed real-time fraud detection system for crypto-currencies is crucial for increasing its scientific rigour and level of detail. As an example, the AI part could use deep learning or neural networks, which are powerful machine learning algorithms that can sift through mountains of data in search of intricate patterns of fraud. To make these algorithms better at spotting fraudulent transactions, they can be trained with data from the past. Additionally, the consensus mechanism (such as Proof of Work or Proof of Stake) and the type of blockchain (public, private, or consortium) can be specified to expand the integration of blockchain technology. Because of this, we would have a better grasp of the system’s mechanism for preventing manipulation and keeping transactions secure. A section on the system’s scalability, including how it can manage the increasing number of crypto-currency transactions, could also be included in the proposal. Managing the computational load may need investigating cloud-based or distributed computing options. Lastly, it would be helpful to include a discussion of the system’s regulatory and compliance components. To guarantee that it functions within legal frameworks while safeguarding user privacy, the system must adhere to global financial rules such as Know Your Customer (KYC) standards and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. Incorporating these scientific and practical facts into the proposal will make the plan for developing the fraud detection system more thorough and trustworthy.
