Distributed Ledger Design and Consistency Maintenance Algorithm for Digitalization of Property Rights

Abstract

Blockchain technology (BT) has been widely applied in the field of property rights transactions, especially when used as a distributed ledger for transaction data storage. This technology can effectively solve the problem of distrust among market entities. Distributed ledger, as a system architecture for distributed data management, maintains data records among multiple nodes through consensus mechanisms, ensuring that relevant information such as data ownership, propagation process, and transaction chain are fully and comprehensively recorded in the distributed ledger. Throughout the entire life cycle of data generation and flow, distributed ledgers ensure the immutability and non repudiation of data, providing strong support for rights confirmation, protection, and auditing. This article designs a distributed ledger and consistency maintenance algorithm for property rights digitization, aiming to explore how to ensure the immutability and non repudiation of data. The experimental results show that the algorithm can ensure the consistency of ledger data and effectively prevent data from being tampered with or denied. In high concurrency and large-scale data processing scenarios, algorithms can still maintain efficient and stable performance, providing reliable technical support for property rights transactions.
