This article examines the application cases, benefits, and underlying mechanisms that improve security when distributed ledger technologies (DLTs) are integrated with cloud computing. These aspects, when combined, contribute to the greater security of the cloud. The “Privacy-Preserving Smart Contracts Algorithm” offers a revolutionary method for deploying smart contracts while protecting user privacy.
