Abstract

In this research, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations are approached, from an aspect of representation, executive function and acts of administration in contemporary governments. A study is carried out on Blockchain technology in harmony with the current social participation circumstances, concluding in a technological social contract as the backbone of the information and communication era.
