Abstract
This research presents a detailed exploration of designing and implementing an ERC-20 smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain, with a focused integration of environmental sustainability and ethical considerations. In the context of a growing emphasis on sustainable practices within the digital asset domain, this study evaluates how ERC-20 token development aligns with eco-innovative measures. It highlights token design innovations that mitigate environmental impact, such as energy-efficient consensus mechanisms and integrated carbon offsetting features.
